• 香港寵物會會籍條款及細則
  • 首次登記費$1，，月費為$39，；約期為為為 12 個月; 如在約期為內終止會藉需 繳付港幣$500 元行政費；經 CSL 或 The Club 登記之會員有 24 個月服務為約期， 會籍由成功啟動之日開始計算。
  • 每人只可以登記會籍 1 次及登記 1 隻寵物，添加第二隻寵物為每月$29，如 此類推。(如透過 CSL/The Club 登記，可享登記 2 隻寵物的優惠)
  • 如需使用寵物救護車服務，須登記成為會員，並以信用卡方式每月自動轉賬 繳付$39 月費。
  • 有效提供會藉服務給各會員，約期為後將會自動每月續期。如有任何更新需 由會員主動通知。有關會籍更新之申請將於本會收取已填妥之書面申請書當日起 開始計算的 30 日後安排將會籍更新其申請之狀態。
• 會員優惠計劃
  成功登記成為香港寵物會會員後，每位會員可登記一隻寵物及享用寵物食品及用 品、住宿、美容、寵物保險、娛樂、購物等包羅萬有的專享禮遇！（商戶名單不 斷更新中，最新資訊請於 App 內的「約作品牌」查看）
  • 香港寵物會恕不負責有關聯盟商店之責任。任何有關產品/服務的申索，投 訴或糾紛應由有關產品/服務供應商戶負責。香港寵物會不會因客戶就第三者提 供的推廣禮品申索而招至損失。
  • 本公司並非任何電子優惠換領活動、食品或禮品的供應商或製造商，本公司 將不會對有關食品或禮品供應商所提供之產品及服務負責。
  • 香港寵物會保留隨時更改、取消或補充上述活動或此條款及細則之權利；亦 可於任何時間更改、取消、結束或中止活動及優惠而不另行通知。
  • 如有任何爭議，香港寵物會擁有最終決定權。
• 個人資料﹙私隱﹚政策聲明
  • 香港寵物會致力保障個人資料私隱。在活動收集到的個人資料，只供香港寵 物會作有關活動及行政用途。
  • 為確保香港寵物會能聯絡及核實會員身份，會員必須提供真實姓名、手提電 話號碼、電郵地址及香港住宅地址，以收取確認短訊或郵件通知相關講座詳情及 郵寄禮品之用。
  • 成功登記之會籍不得轉售、轉讓或以其他形式授予其他人，如有任何特殊情 況，請聯絡香港寵物會。
  • 凡參加本會登記會員者，即表示其同意及接受本活動之「條款及細則」。
  • 如您已登記的資料有任何更改，您可登入您的賬戶更新或以電郵立即通知香 港寵物會客戶服務部 [email protected]，以確保我們能夠將最新的資訊帶 給閣下。
  • 付款方式︰香港寵物會只接受信用卡付款
  • 因任何電腦、網路等技術問題而引致參加者所遞交的資料有任何遲延、遺失、 錯誤、無法辨識等情況，本公司一概不負上任何責任。
  • 如您更改或干擾，或允許第三方更改或干擾您的帳戶內的資料，我們有權向 您 索取因而引致我們或參與商戶所蒙受之損失及約理的費用。
  • 我們可能不時對本條款及細則作出更正修改而不向您作預先通知。
  • 應用程式內寵物醫療報告，只給予獸醫作為參考。
  • 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律規管，並按照香港特別行政區法律予以 解釋。
  • 所有會藉所提供之優惠，如有更改，恕不另行通知。
  • 如有任何爭議，香港寵物會保留最終決定權。
• 香港寵物會提供的寵物救護服務
  • 寵物救護為 PET CLUB 會員服務之一，於服務時間內，提供免費從住宅送到 診所的醫療接送服務。如非會員或需要其他服務，將會被收取額外費用。
  • 寵物救護服務時間為星為一至日：上午 11 時至早上 6 時，(服務時間視乎香 港寵物會最新的公佈) 服務不包括離島及以下區域︰坪洲、赤鱲角、長洲、喜靈 洲、交椅洲、南丫島、大嶼山、蒲苔群島、石鼓洲、小鴉洲、大鴉洲、周公島、 馬灣。
  • 如遇上動物情況危急，主人有責任自行安排處理
  • PET CLUB 救護車隨時準備為寵物服務，並承諾因應路面情況盡快到達接送 寵物。
  • PET CLUB 救護車只作緊急接送，如動物需作任何檢查及住院，一概由主人支 付所需開支，與本會無關。
  • PET CLUB 會安排最近最快之診所，沒有優先次序(除住院已滿或其他因素另 作別論)。
  • 如遇惡劣天氣(即指天文台發出八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號或黑色暴雨警 告信號)，會因診所實際情況以作安排。
  • 如有任何爭議，PET CLUB 保留最終決定權。
  本公司保留最終的決定權。本中文譯本僅供參考之用，倘若中、英文本之文義有異，應以中文原文為準。

**UPGRADE TO PET CLUB VIP MEMBER**
• Hong Kong Pet Club Membership T&C
  • Registration fee $1, and monthly service fee $39. (12-month contract). If member need to terminate the membership, must pay an administrative fee of HKD 500 any time during the contract. New members enroll in Pet Club through CSL or The Club which have to sign up for 24 months contract.
  • Every member can register membership once and assign one pet to enjoy our service. Registering for any extra pet would cost $29 monthly.
  • Pet Ambulance is one of the Pet Club member benefits. Pet owners have to register as a Pet Club member to enjoy our pet ambulance service and autopay $39 monthly service fee with a credit card.
• Membership Benefits
  By registering as a member of the "Hong Kong Pet Club", each member can register for a designated pet. Once successfully registered, members can enjoy many special offers relating to pet food & supplies, boarding, grooming, medical, insurance, entertainment, shopping, and many more! (The list of merchants is constantly being updated, please continually check “Merchants” on Pet Club App)
  • Hong Kong Pet Club will not be responsible for the affiliate store. Any claims, complaints, or disputes concerning products/services shall be the responsibility of the relevant product/service provider. Hong Kong Pet Club will not responsible for any losses due to customers’ claims for promotional gifts from third parties.
  • The company is not a supplier or manufacturer of electronic gift redemption activities, food, or gifts, and the company will not be responsible for the products and services provided by the food or gift suppliers.
  • Hong Kong Pet Club reserves the right to change, cancel or supplement the above activities or these terms and conditions at any time; may also change, cancel, end, or suspend activities and offers at any time without notice.
  • The membership service is effectively provided to member, and the contract will be automatically renewed every month after the contract period. If there is any update, the member must actively notify. The application for membership renewal will be arranged to renew the status of the application 30 days after the date of receipt of the completed written application.
  • In case of any dispute, Hong Kong Pets will have the final decision.
• Personal Data (Privacy) Policy Statement
  • Hong Kong Pet Club is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data. The personal data collected at the event will only be used by the Hong Kong Pet Club for related activities and administrative purposes.
  • To ensure that Hong Kong Pet Club can contact and verify your membership, members must provide their real names, mobile phone numbers, email addresses, and Hong Kong residential addresses to receive confirmation messages or emails to be informed about event details and mailing gifts.
  • Successfully registered membership is not for resale, transfer, or other commercial purposes.
  • By registering as a member of Hong Kong Pet Club, you agree to and accept all of the Terms and Conditions.
  • If you have any changes on the information you have registered, please log in to your account to update or email the Hong Kong Pet Services Customer Service at [email protected] to ensure that we can bring you the latest information.
  • Payment method： Hong Kong Pet Club will only accept credit card payments
  • The company will not be liable for any delay, loss, error, or inability to identify any information submitted by the participants due to technical problems such as computer or internet problems.
  • If you change or interfere with, or allow third parties to change or interfere with the information in your account, we reserve the right to charge you the loss and reasonable expenses incurred by us or participating merchants.
  • From time to time, we may modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  • Medical reports upload to the apps are for veterinary clinics to use as reference only.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  • All offers will be subject to change without prior notice.
  • In case of any dispute, Hong Kong Pet Club will retain the right of making the final decision.
• Pet ambulance service provided by Hong Kong Pet Club
  • Pet Ambulance is one of the Pet Club member benefits. Pet ambulance services provide a free one-stop service on first aid, carry, delivery and booking clinics in advance (from home to the veterinary clinic). An additional service fee that would be charged on veterinary referral, discharge services, non-member or non-service time.
  • Pet ambulance service time: Monday to Sundayy from 11 am to 6 am. (Service time are subject to the latest announcement by Hong Kong Pet Club) Service not including the outlying islands and areas under： Peng Chau, Chek Lap Kok, Cheung Chau, Hei Ling Chau, Kau Yi Chau, Lamma, Lantau, Po Toi Islands, Shek Kwu Chau, Xiao A Chau, Da Ya Chau, Zhougong Island, Ma Wan.
  • In the event of an emergency for the pet, the owner has the responsibility to arrange the treatment on his own.
  • PET CLUB ambulances are ready to serve pets and promise to pick up the pet as soon as possible according to road conditions.
  • The PET CLUB ambulance is only used for emergency transportation. If the pet needs to do any inspection and hospitalization, the owner has to pay all the required expenses, which Hong Kong Pet Club takes no responsibilities on the cost.
  • PET CLUB will arrange the closest available clinic with no prioritization (except for hospitalizations or other related factors).
  • In case of extreme weather: typhoon signal no. 8 or above and black rainstorm warning, the arrangement will be made accordance with the actual situation of the clinic.
  • In case of any dispute, PET CLUB reserves the right to make the final decision.
  Where these terms and conditions are available in English, the Chinese version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions.
